    Enzo Pierobom worked across corporate credit, syndicated lending, infrastructure project finance, capital markets, M&A, treasury and debt restructuring, operating closely with creditors, shareholders and executive teams across different industries. He later moved into corporate restructuring, notably serving as interim statutory officer at Metalfrio during its operational restructuring between 2021 and 2022. He is a founding partner of Oria Partners, where he leads engagements, the relationship with financial stakeholders and the strategic conduct of complex restructuring and decision-coordination processes.

    Gustavo Gregori's work combines twenty years of experience in research, portfolio management and deal structuring, with coverage of corporate credit in emerging markets and the US, investment grade, high yield, loans and private credit. His career, built at leading institutions in Brazil and abroad, has consolidated a disciplined approach to risk assessment and deep knowledge of institutional creditors' decision-making logic.

    He is a founding partner of Oria Partners, where he leads engagements and the interface with creditors and clients. His approach draws on the analytical discipline of having evaluated credit from the investor side, with an objective reading of risks and a focus on preserving recoverable value throughout the restructuring process.
